YOGA! Time to rekindle my love of trying to twist and stretch my aching body. I hadn’t done anything to prepare myself – hoping that I would be able stay at the back of the class! Ha Ha I was the only one there! I admire Katie for setting up a range of classes, hoping that she could kindle some interest locally. It was fun and good to move parts that I don’t even remember having! Glorious weather and I think I mowed the grass! Then inside to start playing on my eSail app! It’s not the sailing bit that is so hard, it is remembering the key strokes and manoeuvring the boat so it doesn’t do somersaults in the water and flip over in the air! A good precursor to my sea sickness that was destined to follow a few days later! Christine jogged my memory about things I would need for my little sailing trip – on Monday evening she’d lent me some gloves. They were really tight and I thought they’d cut off my circulation if I wore them for long. So I went down to the marine store in Donnington and bought my own gloves, quick dry towel and log book – later finding out that it was the wrong type – but by then I had already written in it!

There were also loads of emails to do about the flats – why do things go wrong all at the same time! A wardrobe in Neckinger had simply collapsed!! I’m not so sure about that – it looked more like someone had been swinging from it! But I am now £475 lighter in the bank! The Corporation Tax return is still hanging over me and I know that, as always, I’ll leave it until the last minute.

I’m pondering on where to establish my veg patch. I um and ah for hours and walk round the garden as though that will give me inspiration.
