Yoga this morning at 10 am Goodwood. I haven’t been for well over two years but I think that the bending, stretching and twisting is beginning to help. I return home feeling refreshed and galvanised into cake making and cleaning up a bit. The rain has stopped and Rog and I take a turn around the garden!! David and Carina arrive just after 4pm – they are very concerned and interested in everything to do with Tom’s adventure! Neither seem to understand the race tracker or how to find the blog posts and David excitedly tells me that WTC are in the lead! I must admit it does rather give false impressions. I do really hope they do well, but it’s a bit too early to put the champagne on ice.
They leave about 7ish and then I have a long ft with Liv who’s been for a great cycle ride in Kent in the sunshine. Franki won’t be back from Madrid until very late. Reading and eating and more pondering …. but earlier to bed!
