Mr Fun Guy!!

I came across this huge chap growing on a fallen log on the Monarch’s Way. I think its official name is Dryad’s Saddle, though it is also called Pheasant’s Back. If it is this it is edible – though there is no way I’d fancy frying slices of this in my kitchen!
