Wood Spurge

I love these luscious green plants and have only just learned their common name. My neighbour has a tremendous display in her garden – it wafts to and fro over her box hedging. She has always called it euphorbia. Now when I see the wild version I enjoy thinking of it as Wood Spurge. I am trying to grow some in the woody area of my garden now. Perhaps it is the intensity of the acid-green that is so rewarding
